Speech Language Pathologist – Urgent Need!!!

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist for an available part-time contract opportunity to provide REMOTE SLP services to student’s grades K-8 at Turtle Mountain Elementary School (TMES) in Belcourt, ND. The position will open in late November, early December.

The Speech-Language Pathologist would be responsible for providing evaluation and treatment services within the SLP scope of practice for children. The SLP must have experience working with Tribal Indian children; or experience working with underserved students.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Evaluate students and develop treatment plans
• Complete documentation; communicate with students, families and staff members
• Additional SLP related tasks as required by the TMES Special Education Coordinator.

SALARY
$65/hr. (1099 Contract)

REQUIREMENTS
• Provide sessions via tele-therapy 24 -30 hours a week
* Provide on-site services 1 week each quarter (if weather permits)
• bi-weekly pay and direct deposit
• Hotel/mileage reimbursement (when going on-site)

QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program
• State Licensure from any state within the United States for Speech/Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
