QA Specialist Intern – Budapest

Please note, this contract position is available only to candidates with an active student status. 

As a QA Specialist intern you will be a part of the QA organisation.

What will you be doing:

• With the help of a Senior QA Specialist, you will focus on the overall impact on the product from a customer perspective introduced by new features, enhancements, bug fixes, infrastructure changes, etc 
• Creating and running automated test cases for the Application. Make the documentation in X Ray
• As a part of the QA team, participating in all meetings according to the importance.
• Creating test cases and test scenarios for manual testing 
• Learning and progressing in manual, automation and UAT testing, and being able to write and maintain auto-test scenarios for cross-functional teams
• Innovating and helping the cross-functional teams with their testing practices and also ensure that the global test strategy is respected and the inside processes are according to it
• Learning the QA strategy and techniques that ensure Prezi’s high-quality standards are met and is in charge of establishing and optimising test methods 
• Working closely with Product and Engineering and the Test teams, being responsible for ensuring that all the manual and automated processes are in place

If you have:

• Willingness to learn agile processes and methods
• Willingness to learn software quality assurance
• Knowledge and/or strong interest in software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Willingness to learn to create clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, and script languages preferably Java, Javascript, and Typescript
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• User-focused mindset and willingness to learn User acceptance testing
