Operations Coordinator Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, applied behavior analysis, psychology, or another related field.
• Previous operations experience in an ABA center or other medical related field.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification
• Experience using Central Reach software and other Microsoft Office 365 platforms; Planner, Excel, Word and Forms
• Experience using insurance company portals

Operations Coordinator Role Description

The Operations Coordinator’s primary responsibility is ensuring that the center he/she is responsible for runs smoothly from an operations standpoint in conjunction with the Clinical Director under the supervision of Regional Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to do the following:

• Be fun, enthusiastic, patient, and compassionate while supporting a therapy staff of 15-30 employees.
• Answer inbound phone calls.
• Uphold operational policies and procedures.
• Managed day-to-day center operations.
  • Daily schedule – staff and clients
  • Supply orders and inventory for the center
  • Facilitating repairs at the center when needed by outside contractors.
• Manage the center’s reoccurring schedule responsibilities in CentralReach.
• Understand TBC policies and procedures and clearly communicate those to staff and families as needed.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding.
• Audit session notes and timesheets.
• Assist with billing, as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
