We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk I for a Full-time position in Compton, CA!!
The Administrative Clerk (Admin/Clerk) supports our office operations and provides administrative
support to the assigned terminal. This role performs a variety of administrative tasks, including
completing logs, filing, and correspondence management with drivers and customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
management. - Communicates with customers, responds to customer inquiries, and provides information via
phone/computer. - Provides communication and support services to terminal drivers in a professional manner.
- Completes routing and scheduling with drum drivers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Completes data entry of all service orders and fulfills completed orders.
- Maintains and completes 10-day exemption log on drum collection and facility waste.
- Maintains and completes filing of service orders and route sheets.
- Scans over completed Quest orders in a timely manner.
Other Functions:
- Processes office supply order monthly to ensure equipment and supply needs are met.
- Completes running and sorting schedules every week on Wednesdays.
- Uploads manifest in RCRA site teardown and files.
- Performs other related duties as assigned..
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Training or proficiency in Citrix.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Suites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
