• Position Type: Full time, W2 salaried plus benefits
• Location: Washington DC

Duties

• Support IMF financial management services in the execution of Modernization portfolio.
• Recommend financial management Variance Analysis, Fiscal Year Budget Support, Financial Management, Cost Estimates, and Funding Tracking and Reporting.
• Provide assistance with projects/studies, analyze the programs operations in meeting goals/objectives and their methods and procedures in IMF’s financial and administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to:
  • Offering assistance for budget meetings and events of IMF Mod Program.
  • Perform related administrative tasks such as preparing and reviewing complex documents, reports, correspondence, design and create brochures, forms, flyers, and other informational materials.
  • Support and assist with preparing and maintaining detailed spreadsheets and databases and prepare and maintain files and use automated file management and database systems to record, obtain and analyze data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in public administration or related field.
• At least 3 years or more of Federal budgeting experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Authorization and Appropriations process.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the different funding types and their purposes, i.e. operations and maintenance (O&M) funds, etc.
