The Opportunity:
We’re currently seeking an exceptional BCBA to join our team in beautiful Clearwater, FL. In this role, you’ll have the chance to work in both public and private school settings, with families in their homes and community settings, facilitating social skills groups, and supporting the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans. Plus, you’ll receive ongoing coaching and support from our experienced BCBAs and USF practicum supervisors to enhance your skills and propel your career forward. We are invested in providing opportunities for our analysts to grow professionally and move their careers beyond the BCBA role. We want you to grow with us!

What You’ll Do:
– Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans in school, home, and community settings.
– Provide direct supervision and coaching to behavior technicians and support staff.
– Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor client progress.
– Facilitate engaging social skills groups to promote skill development and socialization.
– Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
