POSITION SUMMARY:
We are excited to announce that we are looking for two qualified supervisors to be part of our amazing team at Go Answer. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of about 15-20 CCRs.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate CCR operations
• Control assistance for CCRs
• Authorize leaves for CCRs in charge
• Assist CCR’s in handling their calls, guiding continuous improvement
• Identify specific training needs for CCRs
• Solve specific transactions. Escalate the unresolved.
• Inform CCR’s operation’s and company’s updates
• Report deviations within the operation to Shift Managers level
• Monitor key metrics performance, and provide feedback
• Execute implementation of the scheme of discipline for his group.
• Carry out actions to motivate personnel assigned aimed at retention
• Encourage CCRs to accomplish their performance goals
• Monitor CCRs calls and review calls along with QA Department
• Generate corrective action plans based on the group metrics report
• Report deficiencies in safety and hygiene conditions of the workplace to your supervisor
