About the role
- Lead marketing team to drive business expansion, branding and growth
- Develop new Partnership strategy opportunities to increase traffic growth & revenue by building high impact & effective partnership program
- Define our Brand positioning through various channels (i.e digital, social, community management, partnership, KOL, influencer etc) and deliver to internal/external business partners
- Develop Growth initiatives including integrated co-marketing campaigns, product partnerships, and corporate promotions to drive customer acquisition and maximize revenue growth

Job Responsibilities
Branding
Building Brand Awareness & PR
- Develop attuned brand messaging, positioning, and other associated marketing themes to ensure the most optimal brand awareness and recognition growth for the market
- Champion and lead branding initiatives needed for success
- Strong ability to advocate for optimal resources/investment in to drive robust long-term brand revenue and profitability.
- Execute the most optimal marketing mix for each channel; digital, social, community management, events, partnerships, etc.
Marketing Partnership
- Acquire new partners
- Assess & identify new potential partnership, new traffic growth, new products and revenue opportunities
- Develop new traffic growth & new products strategy through strategic partnerships with various industry partners i.e Financial institution, banks, credit cards, e-commerce, hotel and airline, etc
- Lead the negotiation of the commercial strategic partnership to C suites executives at partners firm
Partnership management
- Perform & evaluate SWOT analysis with recommendation to develop strategic initiatives to increase traffic growth & new products promotion
- Build a strong relationship with C suites executives at partners firm to increase commercial collaboration opportunities
Leadership
Internal marketing team
- Lead, motivate and inspire Marketing team to develop solid marketing strategy & plan to drive marketing promotion campaigns
- Ensure all partnerships deals, marketing & branding campaigns are communicated effectively to internal teams to ensure follow through
Cross Functional team
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various cultures/countries to facilitate communication and objectives alignment.
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- You have 8 years of work experience in Marketing Partnership or equivalent role (i.e strategic partnership, new traffic acquisition etc), ideally from e-commerce/ digital industry
- You have experience in managing partners from banks, airline, financial, tourism or e-commerce related industry
- You have level of understanding how local social channels and a point of view on the best kinds of creative engaging branded content
- You have proven track record of building solid partnership relationship and developing new partnerships deals with C – suite executives and / or defining brand building architecture
- You have experience in develop marketing strategy into a target and monitor framework for different go to market channels
- You have demonstrated leadership skills (leading marketing team) and ability to succeed in a fast pace, startup environment.
- You are proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
- You have excellent project management, analytical, and partnership management skills
- You are a self starter who will deliver result
- Your strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills help you to partner with multiple stakeholders
- You have strong entrepreneurial mindset, motivated and driven to meet tight deadlines
- You have the ability to have effective communication with teams across different offices and cultural backgrounds
