Level 3 Customer Service Apprentice – React Industrial Solutions Ltd
We are a prominent UK provider of engineering components and services, serving diverse industry sectors. Annually, we deliver products worth over £20 million to our esteemed blue-chip clientele. Our specialisation lies in offering a comprehensive one-stop solution for maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, and general business needs.
Annual Salary – £11,700 per year
Working Hours – Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
Duties
• Communicating with customers and suppliers over the telephone and via email
• Logging queries and setting tasks to the purchasing team using our Sage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
• Processing customer orders that are straight forward including the procurement of the parts/services requested by customers
• Preparing quotes for customers
• Converting quotes to sales orders
• Chasing for updates on deliveries from suppliers
• Keeping customers informed
• Review On Holds orders and action where necessary
• Review all zero values pricing orders
• Sales invoice runs
• Inputting data on Sage
• Running reports
• General administration duties
Desired Skills & Qualities
• You will need to be organized and capable of maintaining CRM systems and good general administrative skills
• You must be outgoing and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• You must be able to present information to clients in a concise manner and have a good sales technique
• You must be able to work as part of a team and be able to support other team members as and when required
• At ease with working in a multicultural environment and ability to interact effectively with individuals of all levels in the organisation.
