We have all of the tools to provide every member of our team with proper training but we are looking for someone that can manage it, encourage it and hold our team accountable for it.

We are a start up and for this position we are looking for someone who is willing and can prove that they are able to take this position and run with it.

You have to be organized, know how to motivate people and most importantly know how to help our team based on their strengths and weaknesses. Proven track record for this position is an absolute must for this job.
