About the job:
Core Responsibilities
- Build collection policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the company policy on recoveries is followed and is in line with relevant governance regulations.
- Develop the collection strategy logics including actions, channels, contents and intensity.
- Being responsible for supporting stakeholders within Collections in their Annual Operating Plan (AOP), target, incentives and cost monitoring.
- Work closely with collections units on strategy implementation and execution control.
- Ensure collection strategies are deployed effectively in systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, data science.
- At least 5 years experience in the Retail Banking / Financial / Debt Collection sector.
- Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to derive insights from quantitative reports.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
