What you’ll do:

• Lead the charge: Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced predictive models to assess creditworthiness, predict borrower risk, and optimize lending decisions.

What you’ll need:

• Strong academic foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Data science expertise: 8-10 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of developing and deploying predictive models.
• Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
• Technical proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python, SQL, R, and big data technologies.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
