Job Description:

Working from our Head Office in Sabah, we are looking for a seasoned support center representative to join our collaborative global Support team on a full-time basis.

You’ll play a pivotal role in modeling our exceptional customer care, by acting as the first point of communication for all inbound phone calls and emails.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Acceptance and placements of Livechat requests, emails and electronic notifications.
• Acceptance of all Inbound inquiry and transfer to relevant departments to solve the problem.
• Placing Inbound ticket into ERPCRM system and backend system.
• Acquisition of customer complaints.
• Ensure the implementations of customer complaints.
• Ensure communication between Service, Sales and Technical Support.
• Administrative support of the Management Team in reporting on individual work area

• Fluent in English and Indonesian 
• Ability to resolve questions and queries in a timely manner
