About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with eCAPS and has a strong background in software development, particularly in a federal environment
Task:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications according to project specifications.
- Provide technical, review, analysis and Service Now for reported system related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions.
- Utilize your knowledge of eCAPS to enhance and support existing systems.
- Ensure software meets all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Proven experience with eCAPS.
- Experience working in a federal environment is required.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Requirements:
- Must be Familiar with Oracle Version 19c
- Familiar with WebLogic Server
- Familiar with Java Eclipse
- Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
