Project Manager is expected to lead projects in the quest to achieve client satisfaction.

The skills and activities will include the following:

• Manage a range of multiple small to large construction projects at one time.
• Communicate with Client (general contractor/architect/owner) regarding all aspects of the construction project. 
• Work with Estimator for scheduling the project.
• Release and track procurements of materials.
• Coordinates with Superintendents to ensure project meets specifications. Visits jobsite as needed to assist with clarification of constructability issues and readiness for milestone inspections.
• Draft project change orders and distribute to respective stakeholders.
• Formulates reports concerning such areas as work progress and scheduling.
• Maintain effective communication skills.
• Manage schedule, cost, production, changes, installation and closeout.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing glass & glazing projects or a 4-year construction-related degree required with 2+ years of managing glass & glazing projects
• Strong planning and organizational Skills
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, CAD
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Perform efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to make sound, informative decisions
