We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Network and Security to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of network engineers and security analysts.

Job Description:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure for Data Centers, head offices, branch offices, and project offices while adhering to best cybersecurity practices.
• Configure and maintain threat detection and defense mechanisms for comprehensive security posture, continuously tuning network infrastructure to mitigate emerging threats.
• Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and Wireless Access Points, including Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF) setups, with a focus on optimizing security configurations.
• Proficient in Static and Dynamic Routing protocols, Policy-based Routing, VRF, and other routing technologies, ensuring configurations align with cybersecurity principles.
• Extensive knowledge of switching technologies including VLANs, STP, HSRP, VRRP, implementing them in a secure manner according to industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with VPN protocols for secure remote connectivity, implementing and fine-tuning VPN solutions to enhance security and performance.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of multiple SSIDs on wireless Access Points, implementing segmentation and access control measures to bolster network security.
• Utilize Network Management Systems (NMS) to monitor network traffic, conduct analysis, and identify areas for optimization, prioritizing security enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Security Operation Center to analyze intrusions and take necessary action to mitigate security risks, proactively tuning network defenses based on threat intelligence.
• Lead the technical writing of procedures, manuals, and documentation related to network infrastructure, emphasizing cybersecurity best practices and procedures.
• Lead implementations, revamps, and relocations of network infrastructure projects, integrating cybersecurity measures from the outset and conducting thorough security assessments.
• Serve as an escalation point to the Internal NOC Operations team for network and security-related issues, providing guidance on implementing and tuning cybersecurity controls.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate maintenance windows and urgent security incidents is necessary.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of network engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Required Skills:

• Certified in Cisco networking technologies such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent Huawei certifications (e.g., HCIA, HCIP).
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO etc), with practical experience implementing them in network environments.
• Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
   

Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in network infrastructure design, implementation, and management with a strong focus on cybersecurity.

Education/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant field.
