Carolina Ale House is seeking food expeditors to join our team in Summerville, SC!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and servers to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to manage food ticket times and avoid delays.
• Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are of the highest quality and meet food safety standards.
• Assemble to-go orders accurately and ensure that each order meets quality standards before it leaves the restaurant.
• Carefully inspect each dish for accuracy, quality, and presentation before sending it to the dining area.
• Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures regarding food handling and safety.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food expo role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player mentality, willing to assist other team members when needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
