Evolution Wellness is a private, outpatient practice located in Wilmington, North Carolina. We specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, individuals, couple’s/family, and teen therapy.  We are looking for an associately-licensed social worker (LCSWA) to join our team.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBITIES:
– Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude in face to face interactions as well as on social media
– Completing intake assessments which include documentation such as Treatment Plans and Biopsychosocial Clinical Assessments
– Effectively creating and carrying out treatment plans using evidence-based practices
– Completing progress notes within 24 hours of time of service
– Maintaining client’s charts and keeping complete and correct documentation
– Attending and participating in team meetings and consultation groups

SCHEDULE:
– Full-time clinicians see a minimum of 25 clients a week

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
– Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or related field
– Being licensed in the state of North Carolina from an Accredited Program as a LCSWA

– One year of postgraduate experience

This is a W2 position.
