Wallman Architects is seeking an Architecture Co-op Student to join our talented team in Toronto. This individual will support a range of Mid and High-Rise Residential, Mixed-Use projects, working alongside key members of our practice. The candidate will work closely with architects and architectural designers providing support to the team on various projects while gaining valuable experience to advance education and career.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of deliverables to illustrate conceptual, schematic and detailed design including massing models, diagrams, sketches and presentation material
- Assist with administrative tasks like setup of lunch & learn sessions, organize sample libraries, maintain office standards, collect and organize reference information
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an architecture, architectural design, architectural technology program at a post-secondary institution
- Produced presentation material including sketches, details, perspectives, diagrams and similar graphic representation using design software
- Worked with two-dimensional drafting software for production of drawings such as AutoCAD and BIM modelling software such as Revit
- Has knowledge of tridimensional modelling software such as SketchUp, 3d Max, Vray, Lumion to produce massing models, renderings and animations
- Ability to learn new procedures, skills, software and tools required to perform the work

- Good understanding of architecture and business fundamentals as they apply to architectural problems and projects
- Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines and prioritize as required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
