What You’ll Do:

⚡  Be the expert in strength and conditioning, providing clients with comprehensive programming that challenges them and helps them meet their short and long-term goals.

⚡  Demonstrate excellence in customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting clients, building relationships, and establishing connections.

⚡  Take ownership and be accountable for growing the number of Athletic Performance (AP) visits through events, and word-of-mouth referrals.

⚡  Embrace a growth mindset by continuously researching and utilizing creative exercise programming tailored to meet the specific needs of our Athletic Performance clients.

⚡  Provide value to clients by coaching, demonstrating, and educating them on proper form and technique throughout their training sessions.

⚡  Enhance the client experience by incorporating the utilization of Neufit during training sessions as indicated.

⚡  Collaborate with Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) as needed to generate potential leads for AP.

⚡  Demonstrate social responsibility by participating in public relations events and working with Prime Mobile.

Who We’re Looking For:

⚡  Individuals with a proven track record of creating happy, healthy clients who continue to seek betterment in wellness, sports, and performance after completion of therapy services.

⚡  Relevant certifications in strength and conditioning, such as CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) or similar.

⚡  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

⚡  A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and research in strength and conditioning.

⚡  The ability to adapt and customize training programs to meet the individual needs and goals of clients.

⚡  Prior experience working in a commission-based role and a drive to exceed targets and increase earnings.
