The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Clermont, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment. The RBT will play a pivotal role in implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. You will have the availability to work in both public and private school settings across the Central Florida Region, collaborating with OTs, PTs and SLPs.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor client progress.
- Support the development of individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Facilitate targeted development through 1:1 sessions and small group interactions.
- Take advantage of individualized scheduling and case redundancies for consistent hours.
- Receive on-site training and support from experienced Directors and Assistant Directors.
