Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the development and design of the dialer. This position plays a vital role in the company’s daily, as well as forecasted operations process.
Responsibilities (include but not limited too)
- Perform daily uploads, downloads, and importing
- Development of dialer
- Design and integrate
- Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential problems and issues
- Monitor and adjust the performance of dialer systems
- Completes regular QA monitoring of the system
- Ensures Country/Provincial compliance requirements
- Works with operational leaders to recommend strategies
- Provides project support by participating in all related aspects when related to customer communication
- Supports all Dialer Operations functions
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- 2 -3 years job related experience
- Experience with Asterisk and Vicidial are a must
- Experience with the creation of a dialer
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- With working experience creating MS excel reports and templates
- Basic statistics knowledge with ability to comprehend and analyze dialer-output data
- Knowledge of auto-dialer operations and concepts
- Understand and experience with database-design principles, data structures, and optimizations
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Strong time management skills and the capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
