Responsible for coaching indirectly Beverage Manager & Assistant F&B Manager, Restaurant & Beverage Manager, Team Members with the day-to-day operations in order to meet and exceed guests’ needs and business requirements whilst ensuring strong Team Members engagement and adherence to service standards and operating procedures.
Ensure that the service, preparation, storage of all beverage items is successfully executed ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with KIHAA Maldives standards on planning, organizing, directing and controlling the entire beverage operation and administration within the F&B Department.
The F&B Manager is required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with KIHAA Maldives policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Certificate or Degree in Food & Beverage/Hospitality
•Specific Food & Beverage Industry Training & Relevant Industry Experience
•Minimum 02 years work experience in Management
•Minimum 03 years work experience in a Resort/Hotel Environment
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
•Minimum 02 years experience in the similar role
