Role Overview:

As a Digital Project Manager, you will oversee the seamless delivery of 3D content, editorial, animation, eCommerce and digital media campaigns. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

You are expected to be actively engaged in keeping up to date with the latest technology and continuously challenging the way we work and driving the best delivery solutions available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership: Manage multiple projects from brief to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
• Planning & Scheduling: Break down briefs, coordinate resources, and anticipate challenges to keep projects on track.
• Quality Control: Act as a gatekeeper for deliverables, ensuring they meet agreed standards and exceed client expectations.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Budget Oversight: Track costs, manage scope changes, and ensure all financials align with project goals.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience managing digital content projects, including 3D imagery and animation.
• Ability to handle complex, concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to guide clients and teams toward the best solutions.
• Strong communication skills to brief the artist and keep them organised and engaged between different works, feedback rounds and last minute changes
• Proficiency in planning tools and processes, ensuring full visibility across project lifecycles.
• A proactive and positive mindset, staying updated on industry innovations and driving continuous improvement.
