About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Account & Partnerships Executive. Who can develop growth strategies, tactics, and action plans for the Thai market. This is a division leadership role and duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Your Responsibility:

Account person / Client partner

  • Has knowledge of the client’s business so that problems and opportunities can be anticipated and addressed.  
  • Has thorough understanding of Ampverse’s services (Esports teams, influencers, commerce and metaverse/GTA) and actively leads projects to successful completion. 
  • Actively pursues new opportunities to grow or build new revenue streams with current clients

Salesperson

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan
  • Creating a strong new business pipeline (working closely with the Head of Commercial Partnerships), 
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results at the weekly revenue meeting
  • Creating credential decks that is relevant to the potential client and is comfortable in presenting (with support from Client Solutions)
  • Has thorough understanding of Ampverse’s services (Esports teams, influencers, commerce and metaverse/GTA) and actively leads projects to successful completion. 
  • Actively pursues new opportunities to grow or build new revenue streams with current clients

Required experience 

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience in digital advertising/sponsorship
  • Excellent network with media agencies and direct clients
  • A keen eye to seek out prospective clients and new business opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the influencer market and trends within the advertising industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience managing a sales team in Thailand
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as a head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A gamer and esports fan is optimal.
