About the Role

As an Account & Partnerships Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving your own revenue as well as growing the team’s revenue through brand activations and team sponsorships. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. Your primary focus will be to help expand the market share, generate new business and achieve revenue and margin targets

Responsibility

  • Proactively identify potential brand partners interested in influencer marketing and esports sponsorships.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through market research and networking.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing partnerships to maximize value for both parties.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance.
  • Identify in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, new sellable talents and products.
  • Work closely with the brand marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with team members and client solutions to ensure efficient margin profiles.
  • Help the management understand immediate forecasting as well as yearly forecasting and goal setting.
  • Mentor current and future team members to become more effective at sales negotiations and outreach.

Qualification

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the industry
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong existing relations with relevant companies and potential customers
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and apply logical thinking
  • Organized nature and proactive personality
  • High energy and passion for Esports and Gaming
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing market conditions
  • Results oriented thinking with track record of achieving and/or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to mentorship and active coaching
  • Proficient in both Thai and English
