Accounting Clerk – Project Manager Coordinator

About the job:
Our client in the Summerville area has an immediate opening for a qualified Accounting Clerk.
Compensation: $60K – $65K + Benefits
Schedule: 5 days in office
Position Overview:
- Process Invoices through bill.com for payment, ensuring accurate coding.
- File and maintain copies of invoices that are paid via other methods than bill.com
- Sync QB with bill.com daily and fix any errors that arise.
- Manage Vendor relationships (W9, insurance requirements, lien waivers).
- Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain site-specific safety data sheets.
- Obtain and file project permits.
- Assist PM with submittal of shop drawing, as-built review, and project closeout documentation.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable.
- 1+ years of Bill.com experience is preferred.
- Understanding of expense reports is required.
