ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Ad Operations Manager, you’ll drive the setup, management, and optimization of ad campaigns across various ad servers for a diverse client base. Collaborating with Traffic, Account, Data Analytics, and Product teams, you’ll ensure top campaign performance, support in-house initiatives, and contribute to user acquisition strategies. Your role will be pivotal in maximizing ad revenue, solving delivery issues, and developing new monetization solutions for our ad inventory.

Your tasks and responsibilities 

• Set up, manage and optimize campaigns for various clients in different ad servers  
• Work with Traffic and Account Managers to set up, manage and report on display and video advertising campaigns 
• Manage in-house advertising campaigns
• Performance analysis, testing and optimization to maximize ad revenue
• Collaborating with Data Analytics team to have a better understanding of ad inventory and user behavior
• Collaborating with Product, Development and Design teams on establishing new ways to create and monetize ad inventory 
• Collaborating with Acquisition Team on different strategies for user acquisition
• Creating and updating spreadsheets regarding campaign delivery and ad inventory
• Actively tracking and reporting issues with ad delivery and working with ad operations and account managers on solving them   
• Working with ad operations managers on creating new solutions for monetization of unsold ad inventory   
• Actively working on optimization of ad inventory with the goal to improve monetization

What you bring to the team

• Previous experience as an Ad Operations Specialist, Traffic Manager, or similar role
• Proficiency with Google Ad Manager and other ad servers
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software
• Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
