ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Ad Operations Team Lead to join our Sofascore team. This role involves overseeing traffic management processes, managing client campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of programmatic advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market regulations.

Your tasks and responsibilities 

• Lead and mentor a team of Ad Operation Managers, providing guidance and resolving issues through mentorship and coaching
• Manage client campaigns and programmatic advertising efforts to optimize performance and client satisfaction
• Monitor regulatory changes across markets and ensure that all documentation is compliant, maintaining revenue stability
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and key stakeholders to drive long-term product development and profitability by proposing new ad units or optimizing programmatic strategies
• Develop and track performance metrics to measure both team and individual success, ensuring continuous improvement
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members, providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations
• Work closely with the Sales team to align operational strategies, ensuring consistency between sales and advertising efforts
• Partner with the development team to coordinate and implement ad placement requirements, ensuring smooth and effective execution

What you bring to the team

• Proven experience in traffic management, ad operations, or programmatic advertising
• 4 years of experience using Googe Ad Manager
• Experience with any header bidding technology
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams
• Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics, tools, and platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in advertising across different markets
• Ability to collaborate with sales, operations, and development teams
• Experience in setting performance metrics and driving team success
