Aviation Repair Technologies (A.R.T.) is a leading FAA and EASA-certified repair station specialized in structures, interiors and accessories MRO services, Aircraft Maintenance and End-of-Life Management, Parts Sales, and Logistics, for new generation commercial and regional aircraft. A.R.T. supports global aircraft operators from their state-of-the-art MROs located in Blytheville, Arkansas and Doral, Florida.

A.R.T. is currently looking for a full-time Airframe Structures & Composite MRO Salesperson. This position is based in Doral, Florida.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Represent A.R.T.’s Structures & Composites MRO services;
• Report and provide sales and business development progress to the VP of Business Development;
• Develop strategic sales growth strategies;
• Establish sales growth through current and new customers;
• Manage sales opportunities through every stage of the process;  
• Maintain customer relationship for repeat business;
• Obtain customer feedback to assist in establishing business development efforts and strategies;
• Travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events/exhibitions; and
• Perform other sales and marketing tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related professional field;
• 5 years prior experience in a MRO sales position for an FAA-certified repair station or similar aircraft maintenance operations;
• Effective at closing Sales opportunities, negotiation skills and a proven sales track record;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company work product and related policies and procedures;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Be able to work regular business hours; and
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
