Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients
- Timely communication with stakeholders when there are issues they need help with
- Verbally communicate with people you see on your computer screen using two-way communication tools
- Communicate with customers and related parties via phone and email
- Perform administrative task as per customer request
- Manage customer’s staff actions and report events to their management
- Collect big data and compile reports pertaining to operations
- Ensure smooth running of day to day operations in large facilities
- Produce reports and other communication as needed
Requirements:
- High school degree
- English speaking and writing proficiency B1-C2
- Good understanding of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work afternoon shifts
- A positive disposition
- Capability to work from an office in Medellin – not a remote position
