An ABA Case Supervisor, BCBA, at Agape Consulting leads the development, implementation, and supervision of behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.

Direct Requirements-On needed basis

  • Provide direct one to one therapy in-home, center, school, and community settings
  • Collect data in data collection system
  • Collect parent signatures at the end of every session
  • Complete session notes daily before the end of your session
  • Clean up your environment upon the end of a session

Client Requirements

  • Preparing stimuli if needed
  • Conduct intakes with new clients
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) or Functional Analyses (FAs)
  • Develop and maintain client’s programming from intake to implementation, including all assessments, developing treatment plans, and behavior plans
  • Communicate with the client’s parents, caregivers, other providers, and/or community partners regarding programming and treatment plans
  • Attend IEP meetings at parent request
  • Ensure that all programming, data, and behavior plans are created, individualized, maintained, and updated as needed
  • Submit progress or ongoing continuation of services reports before or on the due date according to the Directors (usually 1 month before the end of the authorization)

Supervision/RBT

  • Preparing stimuli if needed
  • Collect IOA Data in sessions
  • Complete supervision notes in session
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians by observing, praising, critiquing, and providing corrective feedback on the implementation of behavioral services
  • Provide the appropriate level of supervision of BTs as required per the BACB and funding sources per case, minimum 5% of hours scheduled, no more than 7.5% of hours scheduled.
  • Develop and conduct team meetings, one team meeting per month for 90 minutes allotted per client.
  • Conduct BT evaluations for each supervised therapist
  • Coordinate with SR RBT to coordinate supervision and training of RBTS with new clients and existing clients

Parent Training

  • Develop, conduct, and coordinate the parent training at minimum one hour per month per client
  • Assist with development of parent training for group parent trainings

Professionalism

  • Maintaining strong and positive communication with your families, caregivers, other providers, and community partners in relation to clients
  • Communicate problems, questions, or concerns to administration or directors in a timely manner
  • Attend meetings, trainings, etc.
  • Communicate parental concerns and needs immediately via phone, email, or scheduled meeting with Directors Maintain consistent communication with the Directors on a weekly basis.
  • Submit progress or ongoing continuation of services reports before or on the due date according to the Directors (usually 1 month before the end of the authorization)
  • Follow the Ethics Code laid out by the BACB. (The code will be provided during orientation)

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist with development of monthly trainings
  • Assist with developing potential company policies
  • Assist Sr RBT with development of RBT trainings
  • Assist with hiring panel when necessary
