Job Description

About the job:

The Business Technology Advisor is a key role within the Customer Success team and is accountable for growing the Company’s business in line with the Company’s strategy.

 

The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for attaining revenue and customer satisfaction metrics through sales excellence and relationship excellence practices with clients and prospects – developing, managing, and realizing a pipeline of opportunities to realize BMIT’s short- and long-term commercial objectives by:

 

  1. Routinely engaging with clients and prospects and building connections with decision-makers;
  2. Articulating the value of new digital technologies and their potential to transform how business is conducted;
  3. Using effective communication techniques to elicit clients’ pain points and understand their business requirements;
  4. Identifying opportunities from such engagements and developing and delivering professional proposals that match such requirements;
  5. Driving opportunities towards timely closure through effective coordination of pre-sales activities, consistent follow-up and successful negotiation;
  6. Appropriately reporting on status of opportunities to the Management team through the Company’s CRM system as well as other methods, and escalating whenever necessary;
  7. Assisting in the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies, especially in relation to new business and emerging streams of revenue in line with the company’s growth strategy;
  8. Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services;

 

The Business Technology Advisor will also be responsible for building positive relationships with existing customers by ensuring predictable and consistent interactions so as to improve the overall perception of BMIT and expand awareness of its services.

 

Key requirements:

 

  • A good understanding of latest technology trends and able to articulate their business value to CxO and IT Decision Maker audience;
  • Possess strong communication and articulation skills to build trusted relationships with customers;
  • Be a team player and able to work well with colleagues towards accomplishing common goals;
  • Have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Have strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills to ensure achievement of yearly objectives;
  • Act with integrity and honesty, knowing how to commit and deliver on promises;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in selling complex, business and IT consulting services to local and/or i-gaming customers;
  • Ability to travel and attend industry events, as required
