About the job:
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 12-8pm.
WHAT IS ON OFFER
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner/Glass washer to join our Facilities department in St Helens, UK. You will be providing support to business operations and washing Laboratory Glassware / Plastic / PTFE.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities
- Primary role: laboratory glass washing duties including glass, plastic, and PTFE containers used in laboratory operations as per SOP.
- Secondary role: general cleaning offices, laboratories, toilets, showers, etc. using various equipment and methods.
- Report any incidents or accidents.
- To wear any protective clothing provided by the company.
- Ensure safety in the workplace, ensuring compliance with all instructions relating to the use and storage of materials/equipment necessary for the performance of tasks.
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- To undertake other tasks of an appropriate nature in consultation with your Line Manager.

- Ability to work unsupervised.

- Flexible working attitude.
- Adaptable
- COSHH knowledge
Desirable
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Current clean driving license.
