CMC/Pharma Project Manager

We currently have a role available for a CMC/Pharma Project Manager in a remote work setting.  Because of the demanding nature of this role, the selected candidate should be in a distraction-free environment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with CMC and clinical drug supply teams to understand the business needs for new services and/or change orders to existing services, and translating these needs into prioritized requests for contracts and associated third party qualification.
• Partnering with CMC/clinical drug supply vendors to ensure complete alignment on specific types of services to be performed at each site location.
• Supporting other Business Operations team members to understand the nature and status of the contracts and ensure all relevant information has been collected prior to engaging in contract negotiations.

• Comprehending risks associated with CMC/Clinical Drug Supply services to guide the business to complete qualification requests as accurately as possible.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting needs and/or priorities.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

• BS – Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field with 5+ years of experience in project management, procurement, etc. specifically in Chemistry/Manufacturing/Controls (CMC) within pharma/biotech. arenas.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Works well both within a team and as an individual.
• Demonstration of excellent team player and collaboration skills, very strong attention to detail, very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.
• The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.
