This is how you’ll be evaluated as our new Comfort Consultant.

Your job will be to listen first. Find out exactly what’s important to the customer.
Ask good questions.
Present options that will solve the problem.

That’s pretty straight forward, however it’s also pretty uncommon.

The company is named after my grandmother. That’s an important thing to remember because her values are strong throughout Aurora Pro Services. You must treat our customers with respect and honesty. Help them find the solution that’s right for them (not whatever you want to sell them). You must show patience and gratitude at all times.

Working here, you will notice I run the company with faith in God. It’s His wisdom that guides us in everything we do. My grandmother taught me that all we have is a gift of His grace, and I believe it is a blessing whenever we are invited into somebody’s home.
