Construction Foreman

Job Title: Construction Foreman

Job Description: Our Construction Foremen are responsible for the full range of construction, as well as managing a crew of up to 5 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors to complete jobs on time and within budget
• Ensures all safety protocols are followed, and has a strong knowledge of safety and code requirements
• Read/follow blueprints and building plans
• Work with a variety of materials including wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall and steel
• Review quality of work completed to ensure it meets our standards of performance
• Work with prefabricated buildings

Requirements:

• This candidate is a leader and a team player
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow instructions
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to perform physical activities including lifting (50lbs), bending, standing, climbing and walking.
• Must be able to use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction trade
