ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who is a team player and will help strategically place Sofascore on the map as a recognizable premium product. If you are ready to take on the most diverse challenges and showcase your adaptability across various platforms, you will thrive in Sofascore.

Dedication to a singular product will give you a clear direction and a strong sense of brand, but the extensive and varied nature of our projects will ensure that your role is far from monotonous. Juggling concise SoMe posts with intricate campaign narratives, and attention-grabbing merch with organising tone of voice workshops, this job demands flexibility, quick thinking, and patient crafting of our brand identity.

Your tasks and responsibilities 

• Write clear, concise, and high-impact internal and external materials matching Sofascore tone of voice for a variety of platforms
• Produce, edit, or suggest improvements to written materials for other teams – suggest multiple copy variations if needed
• Create concepts for comprehensive marketing campaigns, from ideation to messaging and content creation, while working closely with the Marketing Team, and implementing the campaign concept to different communication channels
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with knowledge and expertise 
• Implement our Tone of Voice to all materials and contribute to its evolution into a comprehensive style guide. Act as its custodian internally and coordinate workshops to facilitate its implementation among other stakeholders
• Prepare materials for campaign pre-production
• Maintain a log of available texts for our in-house creative team
• Observe and analyse the industry – follow trends and innovations in the field of sports statistics and analysis
• Collaborate with Brand Design Team on integrating copy into various print and digital materials, ensuring the optimal hierarchy of information
• Sports knowledge helps with the job, so we’ll expect a certain level of keeping informed 🙂

What you bring to the team

• 2+ years of experience as a Copywriter in an advertising or branding agency
• The creative force and a problem solver
• Proficiency in English
• Great time-management 
• Proactive mindset

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Focused on getting things done right

• Exploring various creative ways to present different sports, terminology, and statistics
