Being in the Customer Service Representative position at Aurora Pro Services means your voice is the face of our company. Whether you’re answering a call, or making one, a lot is riding on your disposition.
You also need to be obsessively organized. Calls coming in…calls going out…relaying information to technicians…and get appointments on the board. The day will move fast. Don’t expect a lot of downtime.
A CSR at Aurora Pro Services should quickly determine what a customer needs. We believe it’s our obligation to let the customer know their options in a simple and clear manner and allow them the choice.

As a CSR, you’ll start at $13-$15. As you grow with the company and meet our requirements, you’ll see $800+ weekly in your paycheck.
