If you have experience in customer experience, are passionate about helping others, and enjoy working in a team, we want you to join our great Customer Experience team.

Your challenges:

• Phone and email support.
• Resolution of general customer issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in established procedures.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.

Required Skills:

• Experience in similar positions (customer support via email and phone) – not mandatory.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday for 8 hours.
• Proficiency in using computer programs and tools (Excel, email, phone, chat).
• Intermediate knowledge of the English language – not mandatory.
