For this reason, we are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to work at our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will join the Customer Experience team reporting directly to the Head of Department and be responsible to ensure the excellence of our daily operations. Your role is crucial because it makes our entire business work. We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive, and above all customer-oriented vision to provide our clients a unique 5* experience.
Tasks
Your mission:
You will be responsible to ensure the excellence of our daily operations. Your role is crucial because it makes our entire business work. Client and agent retention and satisfaction are of paramount importance for our platform.
- Constantly coach our Batmaids with care and cleverness
- Offer customized solutions to our clients
- Ensure a strong motivated mindset within your team
- Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last-minute issues
- Ensure 100% service satisfaction
- Support the team to help them solve complex cases
- Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development in collaboration with other departments
- Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more!
- Organize your team day-to-day tasks and goals
- Provide regular feedback to your colleagues
Requirements
What you will need:
- Ambitious, committed and focus on self-improvement
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Strong exposure to client relationship
- English and French are mandatory. German or Italian are strong plus.
