For this reason, we are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will be part of the Customer Experience team and will be responsible for delivering a 5* customer satisfaction. We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive, and above all customer-oriented vision to provide our clients a unique experience.
Your mission
- Constantly coach our Batmaids with care and cleverness.
- Offer customized solutions to our clients.
- Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last-minute issues.
- Ensure 100% service satisfaction.
- Work with the management team to solve complex cases.
- Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development.
- Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more!
Your weapons
- A sociable, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Fluent English and French, German is a plus.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision. Humble, hard-working, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
Additional information
- 6-month full-time position. Starting December 2021 or January 2022.
