• Handle incoming phone calls and provide compassionate, helpful responses.
• Greet and check in/out clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Discuss payment options with clients clearly and professionally.
• Assist with end-of-life paperwork and provide empathetic support during difficult moments.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and their pets.
• Perform other duties as needed to support a positive and organized clinic atmosphere.

Requirements:
