Customer Service Representative / Tax Preparer Assistant

About the job:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Tax Preparer Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Inquires and complaints
Provide information about product and service
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interaction
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Will assist tax preparers by starting and closing tax interview. And obtaining ALL documentation needed
Begin the tax return by entering client’s information and W2 information into the tax program.
Qualification
Require you to be bilingual in English and Spanish. You must proficiency in both languages.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or (GED)
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:30pm
