For this reason, we are looking for a Customer Success Associate to our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will join the Customer Experience team and will be responsible for the increase in Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive and above all customer-oriented vision to provide our clients a unique 5* experience.
Your mission:
- Support in identifying opportunities to drive and improve retention and consumption across the customer journey
- Collecting and analysing the data for various project to create new opportunities for growth
- Coach and support our Customer Experience team, and onboard our City Launchers
- Constantly test new ideas, capture learnings and document best practices to enable scale in other countries
- Develop and test new processes and tools to activate new opportunities
- Work in collaboration with other department to ensure a successful implementation of new projects Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Work with your team to respect deadlines, objectives, and unblocked special achievements.
Your Weapons:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Service or similar is required.
- Teamwork, accountability, and hard work are part of your values.
- Excellent oral communication, professional writing as well as exceptional analytical skills are a must.
- Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Fluent English and German, French is a plus.
- Eager to learn, open-minded, creative, empathetic and ready to surpass yourself.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a bias for action.
