Dialer Programmer

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the development and design of the dialer. This position plays a vital role in the company’s daily, as well as forecasted operations process.

Responsibilities (include but not limited too)

• Perform daily uploads, downloads, and importing
• Development of dialer
• Design and integrate
• Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential problems and issues
• Monitor and adjust the performance of dialer systems
• Completes regular QA monitoring of the system
• Ensures Country/Provincial compliance requirements
• Works with operational leaders to recommend strategies
• Provides project support by participating in all related aspects when related to customer communication
• Supports all Dialer Operations functions
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• 2 -3 years job related experience
• Experience with Asterisk and Vicidial are a must
• Experience with the creation of a dialer
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• With working experience creating MS excel reports and templates
• Basic statistics knowledge with ability to comprehend and analyze dialer-output data
• Knowledge of auto-dialer operations and concepts
• Understand and experience with database-design principles, data structures, and optimizations
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Strong time management skills and the capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

• Must be able to work the same hours as our Toronto ON office
