Digital & Social PR Junior Account Executive

Sauce is an independent lifestyle communications agency specialising in food, drink and hospitality. We partner with reputable and premium brands to deliver creative, commercially focused and ground-breaking campaigns through insights-driven PR services.  We’re now seeking a junior member to join our team and start their career journey with us as a Junior Account Executive or Account Executive.

We provide strategic and comprehensive digital marketing services including social media management, content creation, influencer marketing and paid digital support, SEO, and other key web services.

Role Profile:

• You are responsible for supporting your account teams to operate efficiently and to deliver a professional and effective service to your clients. 
• You will engage with clients via email, telephone and in person, and will be expected to maintain excellent standards of service at all times.
• Understanding your clients’ brand, products and services and a knowledge of respective Scopes of Work (SOW) for each
• Working collaboratively with your team to provide the best client service possible and support delivery and administration around Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Developing strong and meaningful client relationships, establishing their trust in FEED as leading social media experts
• Supporting the creation of social content calendars across client social media platforms as well as daily community management across assigned accounts – ensuring fast response times
• Carrying out regular social-first content shoots for relevant clients – including editing of content for calendar use
• Attendance on shoots where a professional videographer /photographer is used
• Leading on compilation of reports, agendas, meeting notes, etc.
• Monitoring and recording all posts (coverage), to be sent to clients on a daily basis
• Supporting with the collation of detailed monthly / quarterly reports for clients
• Working with the Account Manager to secure influencer collaborations and partnerships to support client campaign objectives
• Maintaining up to date industry knowledge on key and emerging social media platforms and trends, to support our client activity
• Ad hoc support across spanning research and audit collation for new business pitches
• Ensuring that you are working within your allotted hours per client and completing your timesheet on a daily basis

Qualifications:

– Exposure to a PR agency on an in-house role managing multiple social accounts

– Digital savvy with examples of paid & organic content for clients
