About the job:
CCAR is looking to hire a full time Director of Training.
The ideal person will be enthusiastic, extremely well organized and passionate in working with closely with people in recovery. Position Summary: The Director of Training oversees all aspects of CCAR training, including learner experience, instructional design, training production (virtual and in person), revenue generation, and administration. Serves as part of the CCAR leadership team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of CCAR Training – the “Global Leader in Recovery Coach Training”.
• Assure that all learners receive high-quality recovery coach training.
• Provide high-quality customer service to facilitators of the CCAR curriculum.
• Establish and promote the Recovery Coach Professional (RCP) designation as the worldwide gold standard.
• Maintain all CCAR curriculum; revise as needed, keep design contemporary – participant workbook, facilitator manual, PowerPoint and other presentation materials.
• Create, publish and deliver new and relevant recovery coach curriculum.
• Deliver all CCAR curriculum, both virtually and in-person, while creating an outstanding learner experience.
• Generate revenue through registration fees for CCAR offerings, the sale of CCAR training workbooks and facilitator manuals and other fees and subscriptions.
• Oversee the administration of the CCAR Training team including contractual requirements, fulfillment of workbook/manual orders, participant registration, evaluation, invoicing, payment, delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Data analysis and quality improvement.
• Supervision.
• Facilitate the CCAR curriculum as needed.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Three years experience in related field.
• Minimum of three years experience in supervisory capacity.
• Minimum of three years facilitation/training skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in curriculum development.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Promotion, marketing and sales experience.
• Exceptional computer skills including knowledge of web-based platforms and database management.
• Knowledge of addiction recovery premises and practices.
• Strong customer service ethic.
• Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities.
• Cross-cultural skills and experience with culturally diverse populations.
The Director of Training position is a full time exempt (35 hour/week) position with occasional evenings and weekends required. A cover letter highlighting your interest and experience is required.
