Floating Leasing and Property Assistant

Summary:
The Floating Leasing and Property Assistant will support properties throughout HH Red Stone’s portfolio by assisting with leasing duties and various property management tasks. The position requires traveling to different locations 25% -50% of the time, while the remainder will be spent working from the corporate office in Silver Spring, MD. The role involves a blend of leasing responsibilities, property management support, and occasional involvement in marketing and resident engagement initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist onsite staff with leasing, including generating and managing traffic at properties, conducting leasing tours, qualifying potential residents, and preparing lease paperwork.
• Support various property management duties as required, including coordinating with vendors, assisting with property projects, and handling resident requests.
• Collaborate on marketing efforts, including creating and updating leasing and marketing materials, and ensuring accuracy across all platforms.
• Assist in social media engagement and content creation for properties when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on leasing and property operations.
• Travel to properties within the portfolio as needed, helping teams on-site to achieve leasing and operational goals.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Perform other property management-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1-2 years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle both leasing and general property management tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with RealPage and Yardi software is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%- 50% of the time across the HH Red Stone portfolio.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media and digital marketing channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
• High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn more about property management and leasing.
