Flooring Site Manager

Site Manager will attend sites daily and update the office via email, Click Up. Will booked deliveries for all materials (Tile, Flooring, Carpet) with Site and Office, Will complete Gypsum checks (Once trained) and report back.

Complete Toolbox meetings once per week for each site.

Attend weekly site meetings all Sites   

Sites are mainly in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey ideal for someone living in that area will only be asked to visit office in Chilliwack 1-2 month. 

The Site manager is responsible for maintaining all field rules and policies, evaluating performances of field employees, responding to on-call tasks and responsibilities, and generally handling the needs and concerns of all field members and giving support to the employees under their supervision.

The Site Manager will work with the installation contractors (Carpet, Tile and Wood Installers), scheduling installs.

The Site Manager will organize and facilitating any necessary training for site readiness.  In addition, the Site Manager will be responsible for monitoring employee performance levels and, where required, take action to correct deficiencies (quality control).

High attention to detail is important

Ability to function well in a high pressure multi-tasking environment

Good technical writing, oral communication, and inter-personal skills to achieve technical objectives

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Click Up applications

Ability to work independently and to deliver accurate documentation within predetermined deadlines

Liaising with the safety department to ensure the work environment is safe for employees

Managing the execution of work to achieve budget objectives

Must have some flooring or construction background.
